Our journey began with Jeff Politano, our founder, graduating from Youngstown State University in 1990 with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Jeff knew he was interested in co-op envelopes and wanted to work for the best of the best.
Jeff discovered American Advertising, the #2 franchise in the country, owned by Fred Noday and started on as a salesman. As Noday transitioned to Direct Mail Marketing, Jeff’s determination and vision as a young salesman set the foundation for what SMARTmarketing, Co. is today.
In 2014, Jeff took ownership of the business with a goal of expanding its services. By transitioning from co-op envelopes to booklets, introducing digital and print services, and assembling a talented team, he transformed SMARTmarketing, co. into a one-stop solution for all marketing needs. Through innovation and a client-focused approach, the company continues to deliver impactful results and stay ahead of industry trends.
